Brides come in a shapes and sizes and so do our dresses. After you make your deposit you will book your virtual measurement. Your Bridal Consultant will work with you to get your exact measurements. This is also your chance to make any customizations to your dress.
My wedding is soon. How fast can I get my dress?
Typically your dress will be ready within 60-90 days after you complete your measurements. We can get your dress in as little as 30 days from completing your measurements. Customizations will require additional time. Rush dresses require full payment and a $499 rush fee.
Can I make payments on the dress?
Yes! You can split your dress in up to 24 interest free monthly payments. Your Dress will be shipped once you complete your final payment. If your wedding is sooner we can create a payment schedule that works for your timeline.
Can I make changes to the dress?
Yes! You can work with your Bridal Consultant to customize several aspects of the dress including colors. Please keep in mind changes and customizations can increase the price of your dress.
Do you offer a refund or return policy?
Unfortunately because each dress is custom made to order we can not accept returns of refunds. However we want to make sure you are happy with your dress. We triple check each dress before it is sent out. If you receive your dress and something is wrong we will make it right!
